integration of new technologies for systems of many major companies in the wireless
telecommunications sector. Companies such as McCaw Cellular Communications, AT&T
Wireless Services, Nextel, US West, Verizon, Western Wireless, VoiceStream Wireless to
name a few.

TCG’s core managers have worked with many of the telecommunications equipment vendors
as well as entrepreneurial services companies. Companies on the resume include Lucent,
Nokia Ultra, Ericsson, Nortel, and many others.

TCG’s team has
an entrepreneurial background having worked with companies both before and after their
IPO. During that time, the senior team managed new industry growth sectors, which enhanced
the value of the Initial Public Offering.
